Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Article 4.1 of the Society’s Constitution; that the Financial Year 2023/2024 Members’ Annual General Meeting (AGM) for CFA Society East Africa will be held on Friday 6th December 2024 at 8.30am – 10.30am EAT.
The venue will be Tribe Hotel, Limuru Road, The Village Market, Gigiri, Nairobi.
Agenda - Annual General Meeting
- Confirmation of quorum and to note apologies.
- Adoption of Agenda.
- Confirmation of minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
- Review of matters arising from the previous Annual General Meeting.
- Receive, consider, and approve the Annual Report and financial statements for
CFA Society East Africa for Financial Year Ended 31st August 2024.
- Appointment of Independent Auditor.
- President’s Report on the Society’s Activities.
- CFA Society East Africa registration – Tanzania and Rwanda.
- Proposed Amendments to the Constitution.
- Election of Board officials and Office Bearers.
- Any other matter as the President may decide or as to which notice shall have been
given in writing to members 21 days prior to the meeting.
- Any other Business with the approval of the Chair.
