The Importance of Capital Structure in an Asset Heavy Sector

Dear Members and candidates,   Join us on January 29 th at 14:00 for an informative 45-minute webinar about capital structure with Martin Lunberg, the CFO of DOF Group. He will detail the history of DOF Croup’s capital structure, its restructuring, talk about how capital structure impacts asset heavy companies, give some forward-looking thoughts and conclude with 15 minutes of Q&A. Martin has previously held various roles within DOF Group, including Group Head of Treasury, Acting Chief Financial Officer, and SVP Finance and Investor Relations, and has been the CFO since 2025. He holds a Business Administration degree from Norwegian School of Economics, and an MBA from Norwegian School of Economics, and is a graduate of the AFF Solstrand Leadership Program.
