Join us for How Private Markets are Reshaping Small-Cap Investing - Virtual Event

    Mar 11, 12:00 PM - 01:00 PM (CT)
Join us for a Virtual Event with Zach Evens as he presents How Private Markets are Reshaping Small-Cap Investing. Private markets are fundamentally transforming public markets in the United States. A surge in private capital flows is keeping some high-growth companies private for longer, intensifying business competition among public and private firms, and causing more public companies to be taken private. This is shifting the investment landscape, but the effect is most acute on small-cap stocks. This session explores why small-caps are most vulnerable to a shifting landscape and where small-cap investors can still find opportunities.  Virtual Event Wednesday, March 11th  12:00 - 1:00pm Register Now! Bio: Zach Evens is a manager research analyst for Morningstar where he is responsible for conducting qualitative research on global exchange-traded and passive funds. Before joining Manager Research in 2022, Evens was the lead annuity analyst for the Morningstar Data and Development Center. He first joined Morningstar in 2020 in its investment management division. Evens holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Guilford College.
