นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวในการเก็บข้อมูล ATK ก่อนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม (ATK Privacy Notice)
CFA Society Thailand (“CFA Society Thailand”) ในฐานะผู้จัดกิจกรรม ขอแจ้งให้ท่านที่สนใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทราบว่า เพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทั้งหมด ในสถานการณ์โรคติดต่อร้ายแรง COVID-19 ภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติควบคุมโรคติดต่อ CFA Society Thailand มีความจำเป็นต้องเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลผลการตรวจ ATK ของท่าน ที่ตรวจก่อนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมซึ่งทาง CFA Society Thailand ขอให้ท่าน upload เข้ามาในแบบฟอร์ม พร้อมกับชื่อนามสกุล และข้อมูลการติดต่อของท่าน ทั้งนี้ CFA Society Thailand รับประกันเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าวเป็นความลับไม่เปิดเผยให้แก่ บุคคลภายนอก เว้นแต่กรณีจำเป็นที่ CFA Society Thailand อาจมีหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายต้องรายงานผลความเสี่ยงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมโรคติดต่อ ซึ่งทาง CFA Society Thailand จะดำเนินการเท่าที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น หากไม่มีความเสี่ยงใด ทาง CFA Society Thailand จะลบทำลายข้อมูล ATK ในทันที และระหว่างการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลดังกล่าว CFA Society Thailand จะใช้มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยอย่างเหมาะสมกับความเสี่ยงของข้อมูลดังกล่าว และท้ายที่สุดหากท่านต้องการใช้สิทธิใดที่ท่านมีภายใต้กฎหมาย สามารถติดต่อมายัง CFA Society Thailand ได้ที่ event@thailand.cfasociety.org
CFA Society Thailand (“CFA Society Thailand”) as the event host would like to inform the participant to the event that for the safety of all the event participants during the COVID-19 situation, CFA Society Thailand shall be obliged under the Communicable Disease Control Act to collect and process your ATK result taken before the participation in the event, together with the full name and contact information. CFA Society Thailand commits to keep those information in strict confidence and shall not disclose to any person, except in case of necessity where CFA Society Thailand may be obliged under the applicable law to report any risk to Communicable Disease Control officer; provided that CFA Society Thailand shall only disclose the necessary information. In case there is no COVID-19 risk found, CFA Society Thailand shall destroy that information right away; provided that throughout the retention period, CFA Society Thailand shall implement the appropriate information security measures that meet the sensitivity of the personal data processed.
