(CFA Scholarship Privacy Notice)
CFA Society Thailand ร่วมกับกองทุนส่งเสริมการพัฒนาตลาดทุน (ร่วมกันเรียกว่า “ผู้มอบทุนการศึกษา”) ขอแจ้งให้ท่านที่สนใจสมัครขอทุนการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมการสอบวัดระดับ CFA (“ทุนการศึกษา”) ทราบว่า ในการพิจารณาให้ทุนการศึกษา ผู้มอบทุนการศึกษามีความจำเป็นต้องเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่จะมีการประมวลผล ได้แก่ (1) ชื่อนามสกุล (2) ข้อมูลการติดต่อ (เช่น เบอร์โทรศัพท์หรืออีเมล) (3) ข้อมูลผลการสอบวัดระดับ CFA เดิม (ถ้ามี) (4) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอื่นที่ท่านอาจให้แก่ผู้มอบทุนการศึกษา ผ่านแบบฟอร์มการสมัครและการสัมภาษณ์ หรือการติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างท่านและผู้มอบทุนการศึกษา (5) ภาพถ่าย ทั้งที่เป็นภาพนิ่ง และภาพเคลื่อนไหว โดยเฉพาะภาพถ่ายเฉพาะบุคคลสำหรับผู้ที่ได้รับทุนการศึกษา ซึ่งท่านต้องรับทราบว่า ภาพถ่ายและภาพเคลื่อนไหวดังกล่าวจะได้ รับการเผยแพร่ และเปิดเผยเป็นสาธารณะ เพื่อรับประกันความโปร่งใสในการให้ทุนการศึกษา และ (6) กรณีที่ท่านได้รับทุน การศึกษา ทางผู้มอบทุนการศึกษาจำเป็นต้องเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ได้รับทุนการศึกษา ได้แก่ ข้อมูลเอกสารยืนยันตัวตนของผู้ได้รับทุนการศึกษา
จุดประสงค์ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ผู้มอบทุนการศึกษามีความจำเป็นต้องเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามที่ระบุไว้ เพื่อจุดประสงค์ ดังนี้ (1) การพิจารณาคุณสมบัติ ยืนยันตัวตน และความเหมาะสมในการรับทุนการศึกษา ตามเงื่อนไขที่ผู้มอบทุนการศึกษากำหนด (2) การติดต่อสื่อสารและประสานงานระหว่างผู้มอบทุนการศึกษา และท่าน ระหว่างการพิจารณาให้ทุน การศึกษา (3) การจัดทำเอกสารบัญชีและภาษี (กรณีต้องจัดทำเอกสารภาษีสำหรับการให้ทุนการศึกษา) (4) การจัดทำสื่อประชา สัมพันธ์การจัดกิจกรรม ที่ผู้มอบทุนการศึกษา อาจสื่อสารเผยแพร่ผ่านช่องทางการติดต่อสื่อสารต่าง ๆ ของผู้มอบทุนการศึกษา (5) การจัดทำสถิติ รายงานและการตรวจสอบการจัดให้ทุนการศึกษา (6) การจัดทำทะเบียนผู้สมัครเข้ารับทุนการศึกษา ไม่ว่าท่านจะได้รับทุนการศึกษาจากผู้มอบทุนการศึกษาหรือไม่ เพื่อประโยชน์ในการตรวจสอบกรณีท่านกลับมาสมัครขอทุนการศึกษาใหม่ ทั้งนี้ผู้มอบทุนการศึกษากำหนดเงื่อนไขว่า ห้ามผู้ที่เคยได้รับทุนการศึกษาในโครงการนี้สมัครขอรับทุนการศึกษาในการสอบวัดระดับ Level เดิมซ้ำอีก (7) การดำเนินกระบวนการตรวจสอบอื่น เพื่อป้องกันบริหารความเสี่ยง และการทุจริตในการดำเนินกระบวนการให้ทุนการศึกษา
ระยะเวลาการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ผู้มอบทุนการศึกษาสงวนสิทธิในการเก็บ รวบรวม ใช้ ประมวลผลและเก็บรักษาข้อมูลของผู้สมัครทุนการศึกษาไว้ตลอดระยะเวลาที่จำเป็นในการพิจารณาให้ทุนการศึกษา รวมถึง 2 ปีปฏิทินภายหลังจากการให้ทุน การศึกษาเพื่อประโยชน์ในการตรวจสอบและตลอดระยะเวลาบัญชีภาษีของผู้มอบทุนการศึกษา ทั้งนี้ ภาพถ่ายประชาสัมพันธ์การมอบทุนการศึกษาจะถูกใช้เป็นสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ตลอดระยะเวลาที่จำเป็น โดยรับประกันไม่ให้กระทบสิทธิของท่านในฐานะเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเกินความจำเป็น
การส่งต่อเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ผู้มอบทุนการศึกษารับประกันการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านโดยจะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลอื่น เว้นแต่เป็นการเปิดเผยให้แก่ (1) ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกที่ให้การบริการหรือให้การสนับสนุนเกี่ยวข้องกับการให้ทุนการศึกษาโดยตรง ซึ่งอาจรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง ผู้ให้บริการเอกสารเตรียมการสอบ หรือ (2) หน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องซึ่งผู้มอบทุนการศึกษาอาจมีหน้าที่ต้องเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ได้รับทุนการศึกษาไปยังหน่วยงานดังกล่าว ภายใต้ขอบเขตที่ผู้มอบทุนการศึกษาจะเปิดเผยข้อมูลเพียงเท่าที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น
สิทธิเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หากท่านมีข้อสงสัยหรือต้องการใช้สิทธิใดเกี่ยวข้องกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านให้แก่ ผู้มอบทุนการศึกษา ตามที่กำหนดไว้ภายใต้กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งอาจรวมถึงสิทธิในการขอเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล สิทธิการคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล สิทธิการขอลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล หรือสิทธิถอนความยินยอม ท่านสามารถติดต่อผู้มอบทุนการศึกษา ได้ที่ event@thailand.cfasociety.org
CFA Society Thailand together with Thailand Capital Market Development Fund (collectively referred to as the “Grantor”) would like to inform the applicant to CFA scholarship (the “Scholarship”) that for the selection and awarding process of the Scholarship, the Grantor would need to use and process your personal data as defined below.
Personal Data to be Processed: include (1) full name; (2) contact information (i.e., telephone number and email); (3) previous CFA level (if any); (4) other personal data that you may give the Grantor in the registration form or application form or provided during the coordination between you and the Grantor; (5) facial image, both portrait and video taken in the Scholarship application; provided that in should be noted that those photos shall be disclosed and shared to the public to ensure the transparency in Scholarship awarding process; and (6) in case you win the Scholarship, CFA Society Thailand would need to collect your identification document as the evidence.
Purpose of the Personal Data Processing: The Grantor would need to process the defined personal data for the following purposes: (1) to confirm your eligibility and suitability to receive the Scholarship as determined in consistent with the terms and conditions defined; (2) to coordinate and contact between Grantor and you during the Scholarship awarding process; (3) to prepare the tax and accounting documentation (in particular the tax documentation for the Scholarship awarded); (4) to produce the marketing materials of the Scholarship process that the Grantor may distribute via various communication channels of the Grantor; (5) to prepare the statistic and report for the annual audit of Scholarship awarded; (6) to prepare the Scholarship applicant registry for the purpose of verifying if you have reapplied for the same Scholarship more than one time which is prohibited under the Scholarship terms and conditions; and (7) to proceed with any other audit steps to mitigate risk and prevent fraud in the Scholarship granting process.
Retention Period: The Grantor reserves the right to process and retain your personal data throughout period of time necessary for the Scholarship award process and two calendar year after the Scholarship award for the audit and reporting purposes; and throughout the tax and audit period of the Grantor. It should be noted that your photo used in the promotion materials shall be maintained for as long as it is necessary; provided that the Grantor commits not to cause excessive impact on your personal data and privacy than necessary.
Disclosure of Personal Data: The Grantor shall implement appropriate information security of your personal data and shall not disclose your personal data to any person, except the disclosure as necessary to the following parties: (1) the service provider engaged in the service provisions to the Grantor in relation to the Scholarship, including without limitation the provider of the exam preparation materials; or (2) to the government authorities that the Grantor may be obliged to disclose the personal data of the Scholarship receiver to; provided that all disclosure shall be made only on necessary basis .
Data Subject Rights: In case you have any query or would like to exercise the rights relating to your personal data under the relevant laws, including without limitation the right to request for access, right to object to the personal data processing; right to request for the deletion of personal data; or the right to withdraw consent, please feel free to contact the Grantor at event@thailand.cfasociety.org
