นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวสำหรับอาสาสมัคร (Volunteer Privacy Notice)
CFA Society Thailand (“CFA Society Thailand”) ในฐานะผู้จัดกิจกรรม ซึ่งท่านให้ความสนใจสมัครเป็นอาสาสมัครในการจัดงาน ขอแจ้งให้ท่านที่สนใจสมัครเป็นอาสาสมัครทราบว่า ในการพิจารณาคัดเลือกอาสาสมัครและในการจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ CFA Society Thailand มีความจำเป็นต้องเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านก่อน ระหว่างและภายหลังการจัดกิจกรรม
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่จะมีการประมวลผล ได้แก่ (1) ชื่อ นามสกุล (2) ข้อมูลการติดต่อ (เช่น เบอร์โทรศัพท์หรืออีเมล) (3) ข้อมูลคุณสมบัติของอาสาสมัคร ที่ท่านอาจให้แก่ CFA Society Thailand ผ่านแบบฟอร์มใบสมัคร และอาจรวมถึง (4) ภาพถ่ายของอาสาสมัครที่ใช้ประกอบการสมัคร และภาพถ่าย รวมถึงเสียงที่เก็บระหว่างการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของอาสาสมัคร ทั้งนี้สำหรับภาพ ถ่ายและข้อมูลคุณสมบัติของอาสาสมัครในบางตำแหน่ง CFA Society Thailand อาจมีความจำเป็นต้องเปิดเผยและนำเสนอข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของอาสาสมัครดังกล่าวเพื่อจัดทำเป็นสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์การจัดกิจกรรม ก่อนและภายหลังการจัดกิจกรรม
จุดประสงค์ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล CFA Society Thailand มีความจำเป็นต้องเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของอาสาสมัครตามที่ระบุไว้ เพื่อจุดประสงค์ ดังนี้ (1) การพิจารณาคุณสมบัติ และความเหมาะสมของตำแหน่งงานอาสาสมัครที่ท่านสมัคร (2) การติดต่อสื่อสารและประสานงานระหว่าง CFA Society Thailand และท่าน ระหว่างและหลังการจัดกิจกรรม (รวมถึงการสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการจัดกิจกรรม) (3) การจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ รวมถึงรายงานการจัดกิจกรรมที่ CFA Society Thailand อาจเผยแพร่และเปิดเผยสู่สาธารณะผ่านช่องทางการติดต่อสื่อสารต่าง ๆ ของ CFA Society Thailand
ระยะเวลาการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล CFA Society Thailand สงวนสิทธิในการเก็บ รวบรวม ใช้ ประมวลผลและเก็บรักษาข้อมูลของอาสาสมัครไว้ตลอดระยะเวลาที่จำเป็นในการจัดกิจกรรม และ 1 ปีปฏิทินภายหลังจากการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อประโยชน์ในการตรวจสอบและจัดทำรายงานการจัดกิจกรรม ทั้งนี้ภาพถ่ายประชาสัมพันธ์ต่าง ๆ ทาง CFA Society Thailand ซึ่งอาจรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของอาสาสมัครจะถูกเก็บรักษาและใช้ประชาสัมพันธ์ตลอดระยะเวลาที่จำเป็น โดยรับประกันไม่ให้กระทบสิทธิเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเกินความจำเป็น
การส่งต่อเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล CFA Society Thailand รับประกันการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านโดยจะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลอื่น เว้นแต่เป็นการเปิดเผยให้แก่ (1) ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในกรณีจำเป็นเพื่อการจัดกิจกรรมและการให้คำแนะนำ การพิจารณาตัดสินต่าง ๆ ในระหว่างการจัดกิจกรรม (2) ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกที่ให้การบริการแก่ CFA Society Thailand ในการจัดกิจกรรมโดยตรง (3) CFA Institute หรือหน่วยงานอื่นที่อาจเกี่ยวข้อง ภายใต้ขอบเขตเท่าที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น
สิทธิเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หากท่านมีข้อสงสัยหรือต้องการใช้สิทธิใดเกี่ยวข้องกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านให้แก่ CFA Society Thailand ตามที่กำหนดไว้ภายใต้กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งอาจรวมถึงสิทธิในการขอเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล สิทธิการคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล สิทธิการขอลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล หรือสิทธิถอนความยินยอม ท่านสามารถติดต่อมายัง CFA Society Thailand ได้ที่ event@thailand.cfasociety.org
CFA Society Thailand (“CFA Society Thailand”) as the host of the event (the “Event”) would like to inform the volunteer applicant that during the selection process of the volunteer and throughout the delivery of this Event, CFA Society Thailand would need to collect, use and process your personal data before, during and after the Event as defined below.
Personal Data to be Processed: include (1) full name; (2) contact information (i.e., telephone number and email); (3) other qualifications that you may give CFA Society Thailand in the registration form or application form; (4) facial image that you provide to CFA Society Thailand in the application form and the photo or voice taken during the participation in the Event; provided that it should be noted that for some volunteer levels or position, CFA Society Thailand may need to disclose and use your personal data in the Event promotion materials before and after the Event.
Purpose of the Personal Data Processing: CFA Society Thailand would need to process the defined personal data for the following purposes: (1) to confirm of your eligibility and suitability to be the volunteer in the position that you applied for; (2) to coordinate and contact between CFA Society Thailand and you before and after the Event (including to request for your feedback); (3) to produce the marketing materials of the Event that CFA Society Thailand may distribute via various communication channels of CFA Society Thailand.
Retention Period: CFA Society Thailand reserves the right to process and retain your personal data throughout the period of time necessary for the Event arrangement and one calendar year thereafter for the audit and reporting purposes; provided that your photo used in the promotion materials shall be maintained for as long as it is necessary; without causing excessive impact on your personal data and privacy than necessary.
Disclosure of Personal Data: CFA Society Thailand shall implement appropriate information security of your personal data and shall not disclose your personal data to any person, except the disclosure as necessary to the following persons: (1) the Event participant as necessary for the Event arrangement, the mentoring and coordination during the Event; (2) the service provider engaged in the service provisions to CFA Society Thailand in relation to the Event; and (3) CFA Institute or other relevant parties on the necessary basis.
Data Subject Rights: In case you have any query or would like to exercise the rights relating to your personal data under the relevant laws, including without limitation the right to request for access, right to object to the personal data processing; right to request for the deletion of personal data; or the right to withdraw consent, please feel free to contact CFA Society Thailand at event@thailand.cfasociety.org
