Jason Iannuzzi Managing Director - Investment Analyst Shrewsbury River Capital
Before joining the team in 2025, Jason was Director of Asset Management at the real estate private equity firm Twenty Lake Holdings, where he managed several million square feet of distressed commercial real estate across the U.S., including office, industrial, and retail assets. Prior to Twenty Lake, he was a Research Analyst at Alden Global Capital, focusing on commercial real estate credit. Earlier in his career, Jason was a CMBS Trader and Analyst at Logan Circle Partners, managing several billion dollars in short‑duration strategies. Jason received an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2006, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University in 1999, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University in 1997.
