This webinar will provide a practical overview of the GIPS Standards for Firms and will explore the purpose of the standards, why firms worldwide choose to comply, and how GIPS compliance can strengthen transparency, credibility, and investor confidence.
Participants will gain an understanding of key concepts supporting compliance, including firm definition, composite construction, the treatment of pooled funds, and portfolio and composite return methodologies. The session will also highlight available resources and practical ways to stay informed and seek guidance on the GIPS standards.
